Connecting Our Church Community Through Breeze

You may know Breeze as a way to sign up for volunteering or receive emails, but it’s also our secure church directory designed to help our community stay connected more fully. As we continue working to improve communication and connection at FCCW, we’re encouraging everyone to activate their Breeze account.

You will receive an “Activate Your Account” email from Breeze inviting you to activate your account (if you haven’t already registered). We hope you’ll take a few minutes to get set up.

Quick Reference Guide

1. Activate Your Breeze Account

Click the account link in the invitation email you received from Breeze*
Choose a username and password
Log in and update your profile (and upload a photo if you’d like)

*If you didn’t receive an invitation email, please contact Krista.

2. Logging In (After Activation)

Go to: wolfeboroucc.breezechms.com
Enter your username and password

* Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts.

3. Update Your Profile

This profile helps us stay connected as a church community. Basic contact information will be visible in the online directory (you can choose what to keep private), while all other information—such as your birthdate, professional background, and interests—is only accessible to our church administrators.

Click “My Profile” in the top menu
Hover over a section (Main, Family, Tell Us About Yourself, Contact)
Click “Edit”, make your changes, and click “Save”

We encourage you to:

Add or update your profile photo
Confirm your mailing address and phone number
Opt in to receive text messages
Share your professional background, skills, and interests
Share how you would like to connect at FCCW
Help update your family members

4. Use the Directory

Click “People” in the main menu
Search by name
Click a profile to view contact information

5. Find Your Committees/Groups

Go to “My Profile”
Look for “Tags” or “Groups” on the left of your profile.

7. Download the Mobile App for Breeze on the Go!

📱 Search “Breeze ChMS” in your App Store or Google Play to download the app. Use your login and FCCW Church ID: wolfeboroucc
